and

  read the Postgresql docs on:

  [your_psql_dir]/doc/programmer/odbc5416.htm

  or on the postgresql site.

You'll also need:

  http://www.as220.org/FreeODBC/iodbc-2.12.shar.Z

Good luck.

Note: psql source tree includes odbc driver in src/interfaces/odbc !
