Create a file named build.local.properties and put something like the
following in it:
docbook.stylesheet=/usr/share/sgml/docbook/stylesheet/xsl/nwalsh/xhtml/chunk.xsl
docbook.dtd=/usr/share/sgml/docbook/dtd/xml/4.2
