The cvs repository has been modified to make the $PostgreSQL $ header tags
work again. This means that if you have currently have a checked out
version of the repository it will make all kinds of things show up as
changed, when it's really just due to this tag. The easiest thing to do
is just blow away the whole tree and checkout the module again.
Sorry for the lack of advance warning, but I needed to get the gborg site
administrator involved and I wanted to make it easy on him.
