I've put something together for anyone who wants to check out what's in
the DocNotes in the event something may want to be added to the actual
docs. There are a few items that perhaps should be merged into the
documentation.

It will list out all of the DocNotes grouped by the page they're on and
there's a link to the page so you can see the documentation and the
comments about it in context.
