What int4out function does?
this function is used in odbc driver to recive list of tables.
'select ... int4out(usesysid) = int4out(relowner) ...'
but this function in my system(FreeBSD-Current) return something very
strange.
I have replaced this to 'usesysid=relowner' and list of tables have been
shown.
