isa "tooltip". </font></tt><br /><br /><tt><font size="2">Tooltips are included in most GUI applications (and a lot of
webappstoo), and as far as I am aware, you cannot disable them in pgAdmin III.</font></tt><br /><br /><tt><font
size="2">Ifyou don't "hover" with the mouse (i.e. your mouse is hovering over the task bar), does it still show? They
