I've installed cygwin  1.3.18 and the included PostgreSQL 7.3-1, but after
install, when i run "./configure" I can't go ahead, because the script is
missing:

EDUARDO@MACHINE1 /usr/share/pgsql/data
$ ./configure
bash: ./configure: No such file or directory

what i'm doing wrong?
