Dear Sir,
I intend to use PostgreSQL and DataSnap (Delphi) for my newest project, so I start to develop some testing applications to evaluate the PostgreSQL and DataSnap. While I test the PostgreSQL with DataSnap, I find a funny phenomenon as follows: Initially the application seems function normally, however as I keep trying to query or update the database (issue serveral SQL query commands consecutively), 'catastrophic failure' is reported by Delphi and the testing application crashed. Because of the error, I transfer the same database to Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL, the miserably 'catastrophic failure' is eliminated. Therefore, It should be something wrong on the PostgreSQL ODBC driver. Since I am not an expert for ODBC driver, so I write you this mail to see any help or suggestion you could provided.
