That did the trick!

 

I saw it re-routing to my machine and I had a hard time understanding what it was trying to open/access because the key string didn’t look like a web page. For what it’s worth – my default explorer was Edge.

Is it PGAdmin that crashes or is it the browser? Which browser are you using? What happens if you use another browser to access PGAdmin? I use Chrome without any problems.
