Enhencement Request - Mailing list pgsql-general

Does anybody knows if in the futur postgre will be able to :
- drop a column
- alter a column (add constraint not null, change type etc..)
- add and delete all known constraints (pk, uk and fk).
- deals with tablespace or something equivalent?
