Hi All!

I have downloaded cygwin 1.5.5, i installed it.

I launch ipc-daemon2.exe

When i try to use the initDB (i would use opostgressql) computer response is that

getsem funciton is not avaible or something similar .... And the initdb fails

Now my version of cygipc is 2.something ... Where i'm in wrong ?
