Hi Guys,

I can't get this thing to work properly - the apostrophes are giving me
nightmares!

Can someone tell me why I get:

NOTICE:  plpgsql: ERROR during compile of kl_setnull near line 44
ERROR:  parse error at or near ""

I believe the error is in the '''' somewhere...
