My Windows box says:
"PostgreSQL 8.1.4 on i686-pc-mingw32, compiled by GCC gcc.exe (GCC)
3.4.2 (mingw-special)"

My BSD box says:
"PostgreSQL 8.1.4 on i686-pc-mingw32, compiled by GCC gcc.exe (GCC)
3.4.2 (mingw-special)"
