Installing any of 9.0 or 8.3 what exact error you get? Can you attach the installation log file (%TEMP%\install-postgresql.log)?

Intalling 8.3 latest  does not create db cluster. Running createdb shows error message that postgres is not running.

How to install postgresql ( 8.1 or above) in Windows 2000 in easy way?
It is for use only in the same computer.
