Just a heads up - mainly for Andreas; I intend to move the translations to /il8n in the next day or 2. Any major
objections?I have most of the automake kinks straightened out already, and will modify pgAdmin3.cpp to look in
DATADIR/il8non *nix or INSTDIR/il8n on Windows before looking in the old locations.
