Not yet. I've been quoting a basic plan, but that's more like:

1) Build new framework.
2) Apply new design.
3) Merge/overhaul other sites.

1 & 2 got merged when Lukasz presented the design we all accepted, and
have been worked on extensively. 3 has yet to have more than a few words
said about it - I'm cautious to even bring it up right now, as I think
it'll only delay 1 & 2 further.
