When trying to install PostGIS 2.1 bundle via Stack Builder 3.1.1 the
following error occurs:


Can't open

http://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/projects/pgFoundry/stackbuilder/PostGISPG332-bit/PostGIS2.1.0Bundle/postgis-bundle-pg93x32-setup-2.1.1-1.exe


Error: File doesn't exist.
