Hello,
I have installed PostgreSQL 7.1.3 from sources on SuSE Linux 7.3.
The history of command line in psql doesn't work. I have used configure 
options --with-includes and --with-libraries. The required include files 
(readline.h history.h) and libraries (libreadline.a libhistory.a) are 
installed on my system. See below output from "configure" script:

checking for readline... (cached) no
checking for readline/readline.h... (cached) no
checking for readline.h... (cached) no
checking for readline/history.h... (cached) no

What is wrong?
