What you need to succeed in this role:

• 6+ years database development with PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases
• Capable of troubleshooting common database issues.
• Knowledge of other languages in addition to PgSQL, such as python and shell scripting.
• Significant background in creating complex stored procedures and SQL scripts
• Understanding of database normalization concepts. Some experience on linux
