here is the output of the command:
C:\>echo %TEMP%
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp

It looks like the variable is set properly and still there is problem
Any help?

Can you please tell me what is the output of this command: "echo %TEMP%"?

If it is not properly set, please set it to "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp".
Then try to run the installer.

I have tried to check for WSH which is enabled,run as administrator without success.
What could be the problem?
