Hi,

As per discussion in [1] splitting the patch. Part1 moves replacement
logic in initdb of  NAMEDATALEN, FLOAT8PASSBYVAL, SIZEOF_VOID_P,
ALIGNOF_POINTER to compile time via genbki.pl.
