That shouldn't work in any version of postgresql.
Two ways to insert that.
1: escape it:
update tu02t00 set tu02pfusua = 'D''AGOSTINO' ...
2: Use $$ quotes:
update tu02t00 set tu02pfusua = $$D'AGOSTINO$$ ...
