Hello,

postgis2_92-2.0.3-2.rhel6 has a couple of problems:

1) Its "Provides" and "Conflicts" lines for "postgis" overlap, "yum check" reports:

postgis2_92-2.0.3-2.rhel6.x86_64 has installed conflicts postgis <= ('0', '2.0.0', None): postgis2_92-2.0.3-2.rhel6.x86_64

after installation

2) Missing BuildRequires: libxml2-devel

A patch is attached.
