Please find the attached patch to fix the below accessibility issues:
Focus is not visible while navigating through top navbar menu items(File, Object, Tools)
In preference dialog- wherever access key is used for a shortcut declaration, unable to get out of the textbox Solution Added: ESC key is used to come out of the textbox for the access key and move to the next field
Focus is not visible for the links on the dashboard
