I tried installing PostgreSQL14 in Windows and got a Fatal Error when trying to start Pgadmin4. The only recommendation I could find on the web is that you recommended to try and delete pgadmin4.db when this error occurred in PostgreSQL12. How can this be fixed in p.14? Or is there an older version of PostgreSQL that works better?
