Hi,
Please do the following steps to help us debug:
1. Launch the installer
2. On the error windows, don't lick "OK". Instead, take CMD and execute the getlocales.exe (the absolute path to it) and let us know the output

Hello, I downloaded the file "postgresql-14.1-1-windows-x64.exe" and
executed it with administrator permission, after some time appeared an error
alert saying:
"There has been an error.

And then the installation wizard stopped working.
