OK. Can you please share the complete version of the installer? It must be 9.6.x-y

Also, please log the bitrock installation logs as well. Those will be present in the system temp directory

What version of installer are you installing? In your %TEMP% directory there must be installation logs present with the name "install-postgresql.log" or bitrock*.log". Can you please share those?
