Is this the issue with our configuration or something to do with code level bug in 09.01.200?

We compiled psqlODBC-09.01.0200 on WIndows (32bit/64bit). We have PostgreSQL 9.2 installed and we see that when we add user DSN and test the connection, it throws error. "Could not connect to the server; Could not connect to remote socket immediately."

The psqlODBC-09.01.0100 works fine with PostgreSQL 9.2.
