Yes, the bitrock installation logs should be present in the system temp without which it's difficult to find the cause.

well, what error is in the log files?

There is no log file available, or i just dont know where to locate it, please let me know where to find it.

I'd be looking ....  hmmmm.

ahhh, this https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Troubleshooting_Installation#Collect_the_installer_log_file    suggests theEnterpriseDB installer log is in the windows user TEMP directory, a file named install-postgresql.log or possibly bitrock*.log ...   the user TEMP directory is likely something like %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp  (and in fact, is the value of environment %TEMP%, so Start -> Run -> %TEMP%  <enter>    should open it...)
