Hi,

On call, we were able to locate 'restaurants' table with expected columns and there was no issue with pgadmin.
If you don't use double quotation marks, then PostgreSQL creates objects with lowercase names, hence the query has created table named 'restaurants'.
However there was one more table 'Restaurants'(initial letter caps) which I guess might have been created using pgadmin and did not have any columns which leads to confusion.
Note - If you specify table name with capital letter, then pgadmin uses  double quotation marks, hence table created with same case as provided in 'Create table' dialogue.

Thanks,

As I said earlier, I can guess the problem only from your screenshots you have shared which I have done(Did not presume anything).

Thanks,
