By description do you mean comments ? If that is the case, I'm able to do it.
Could you please share screenshots ?

Hi,

I found a bug.
pgAdmin latest version(maybe all version)...
You can't modify a table by adding a column and its description, but you can
add a column first and then add a description of the column.
