Hi John,

Query info notifier option in preferences is the time for which a success or error message(eg - Query executed successfully) remains.
It seems you've pulled out the notification popup. You can click on the header "Notifications" and drag it and put it back. Another way is to just reset the layout to its default using File -> Reset Layout
Additionally, I would suggest using File -> Lock layout -> Prevent docking to avoid removing such panels by mistake.

Setting Query info notifier timeout = -1 does not affect this
