It would probably help others if you could brain dump a bit as to the benefit of the status-quo compared to both the 9.6 behavior and the all-in one.
Honestly, the reference to the camel sticking their nose in a tent was supposed to be taken humorously, the serious explanation that it meant to convey was already very well presented by Robert. The only reason I added the wiki link was to give those who would have no clue about the metaphor a chance at understanding it.
I actually took your response as: "why the f**k is he talking about camels?" and started laughing...
