Hello. It is not clear to me. Did you mean:
Not committed transactions will be lost
Or
None of committed transactions will be lost
?

It would be simpler if you write that explicitly:
All committed transactions will not be lost.

"Committed transactions will not be lost."

The word "No" means "none", it doesn't mean "not".
