Fit Analytics is Looking for an experienced DBA for a one-time limited consulting job with a possibility of more work later on.

Tasks:

• Redesign of parts of databases, indices

• Database profiling and performance

• Integration of Stored Procedures

• Optimizing databases for writing / reading / both

Required skills:

• Deep admin knowledge and experience with Postgres

• Optimizing database for web production big data environment, dealing with thousands of concurrent requests

• Writing and evaluating of Stored Procedure

• Familiarity with remote databases hosts configuration (e.g. DigitalOcean)

• Knowledge of transferring MySql to Postgres is a plus

• Understanding of working in Web Based programming environment (mostly NodeJS) is a plus
