However pgsql-ftp rsync access is no longer available some time
between May 10th and 17th.
Is it just temporary or permanent?
We haven't officially offered rsync access to our download site for many years, and the unofficial service was shutdown last week as it was clear the vast majority of the remaining traffic was not legitimate.
It is planned to be a permanent change; we apologise for the inconvenience.
