i try to install postgres 9.3 in windows 8.1 , but a messge is appeared " problem running post-install step , installation may not complete correctly , error reading file c:\program files/postgresSQL/9.3/data/postgresql.conf " . i checked the data folder , it was empty . i changed the installation folder , but it seems the same problem . any help please .
