I also found using different colors for different servers was a helpful feature in pgAdmin3. And as a web developer I know how challenging a seemingly simple feature like that can be to accomplish. So add my vote to that feature request, but I understand if it's not a priority.

I'm afraid that it is not possible to provide colours on individual servers in pgAdmin4 at a moment. 

 

Anyways you could use Server-Groups to organise/group servers as per your need.
