The postgres repo no longer shows status is RC (http://yum.pgrpms.org/repopackages.php), but CentOS 6x64 is actually still RC1 (and PostGIS 2.1.3).

Yes. I will rebuild everything on Dec 18th, when 9.4.0 will be out.
