What I actually want to achieve is right now is that running the same load on Netezza and PostgreSQL [300 GB data, 20 concurrent queries, and 30k-40K queries in an hour].
You will need to provide far more information about the type of queries you're referring to.
Querying one single row against a PK isn't the same as performing complex analytics on big chunks of historical data.
