I have exactly this same problem. As best as I can tell, the only thing that changed was I upgraded to 1.14.3. I made no changes to any options. Before 1.14.3 I did not see any RI Constraint triggers appear in object browser. I am running Windows 7

That doesn't give me any more details. I'm not yet able to reproduce the bug you may have found.
