We have fixed an issue where the pgAdmin 4 Desktop app failed to start on Debain 13, RHEL 10, ALMA Linux.
However, we are now facing an issue  in build system, and MacOSX builds are failing to build.

We're investigating that right now.
Release may be delayed on Friday or next Monday because of this reason.
