We have executed below exes for uninstalling Postgresql but still getting
same error:
1)uninstall-postgresql.exe
2)uninstall-sqlprofiler.exe
3)Run Clean regedit.
4)Restart machine

There has been an error.
The PEM server cannot be installed on a machine with an existing PEM agent
installation.
This mailing list is for pgAdmin users. 
And, this is not a pgAdmin issue.

Please contact EnterpriseDB for the same.
