Hi,
Yesterday I tested Primary Key / Not Null bug on Fedora 24 x64
(Postgresql 9.2, 9.3. 9.5) with the latest code from GIT.
Everything is working, I can set PP / NN correctly - no errors.
Bug has been fixed.
