Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I encountered while attempting to restore my database backup. Despite following the instructions provided on your website, there seems to be a problem during the restoration process.

To provide more context, I created a backup of a server on my laptop and then transferred the backup file to another laptop in order to upload it onto a different server.

I have attached a screenshot of the error message for reference. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions you can offer regarding this matter.

There are 2 errors - the first one says that the relation already exists. I guess you attempted the restore multiple times and hence you are getting this error.  You could try some option to drop the database or similar, as a resolution. The second error is because a role is missing in the new server. After creating the table, permissions are granted to roles. If the roles are missing in the new database, these SQL statements will fail. Migrate the roles to the new server before creating objects.
