Could you please try installing the latest version of pgAdmin, which is 8.9? Additionally, I suggest opening pgAdmin in an incognito window once.

I have pgadmin4 installed on a RHEL8 server with FIPS140-2 enabled. I believe I have it set up correctly. When I try to log in, the "pgadmin4/browser" screen just spins at "Loading pgAdmin 4 v8.4". In Developer Tools I get the following error:

The laptop I use to connect to pgAdmin I do not have the permissions to turn off strict MIME type checking if that might be a solution.

If anyone can point me in the right direction to fix this issue it would be appreciated.
