Committed (the "strict names" one).

Huzzah.

Note that certain letters cannot be represented with the default PDF
font, so you'd get messages like

[WARN] FOUserAgent - Glyph "ć" (0x107, cacute) not available in font
"Times-Roman".
[WARN] FOUserAgent - Glyph "ō" (0x14d, omacron) not available in font
"Times-Roman".
[WARN] FOUserAgent - Glyph "ł" (0x142, lslash) not available in font
"Times-Roman".
[WARN] FOUserAgent - Glyph "ś" (0x15b, sacute) not available in font
"Times-Roman".
[WARN] FOUserAgent - Glyph "ğ" (0x11f, gbreve) not available in font
"Times-Roman".

Those were either sourced from the commit message or from an email correction from a contributor, but I can make adjustments in the process to handle those next release.

I have transcribed these names to ASCII to work around that.

Great!

So now that we've wrapped that up, it may be worth discussing how to handle this in the future. The corpus of known-names and known-name preferences is something I plan to resuse next year, so things should be incrementally smoother.

However, I did notice that the list went over 600 people this year, much higher than the 300-400 of recent years and far beyond the more modest lists of years past. I asked Mark Wong off list if he had any concerns about the size of the list, as he has a task that scales directly in proportion to the list size, and he expressed no concerns. So I'm inclined to not change anything for v20, but I would like to ask the community if they have any thoughts about the size of the list and/or the criteria for making the list.
