Cool, thanks for doing it.
I propose following patch to it:
- include commented-out line for dropping branches, then all my hacks
will be there.
- comment out pushing
- show how to create pgjdbc.fixed
- grep for manufactured commits
- change scripts to be executable
Also I suggest removing the .diff, its pointless.
