it's within your build directory.

I am using meson.
go to your build directory then
rg T_List

shows
src/include/nodes/nodetags.h
18:     T_List = 1,
240:    T_ListenStmt = 223,

tmp_install/home/jian/postgres/regression8/include/server/nodes/nodetags.h
18:     T_List = 1,
240:    T_ListenStmt = 223,
