Is there more information available about PGLister somewhere, ie, is this a list package that other people running mailing lists might be able to use?  A net search for "PGLister" doesn't find much yet.

TL/DR version is that right now it's in a closed repo, but it's scheduled to be opened as soon as somebody has had the time to go through it and make sure we're not accidentally leaking something that shouldn't be leaked.
